Bianca Embley PolkaDotGals Director:
Bianca established the PolkadotGals after developing Fibromyalgia following an accident whilst working as a flight attendant for Virgin Atlantic in 1998. A former successful Model and trained actress whose career included campaigns for clothing store New Look, was left disabled by the condition.
After 10 years of struggling with the devastating condition and seeing specialists around the world she is now turning her life around. Starting with the establishment of the PolkadotGals, Bianca also recently completed her studies at Warwick University in French and Journalism. Currently she is dividing her time between her role as business woman/ advocate for the PolkadotGals, magazine interviews ( She and Cosmopolitan being the latest), a regular slot on BBC radio's Coffee Club and taking part in researching and consulting with specialists and charities across the world. Together with this she is writing her first book, an autobiography with a twist!
